Scott grew up in St. Louis Missouri, graduated from Riverview Gardens Senior High, studied Computer Science and Networking at Florissant Valley Community College. Sold computer and peripherals at Computer City, then worked in various Network positions at Charter/Spectrum doing project management and implementation of new services. More recently, moved to Fredericktown, then joined on with Invisalink to help the company recognize its vision of bringing Broadband Services to the rural area.
